How do I pay for my gifts?

We accept all major credit cards.

When will I get my order?

​

We want you to receive your purchases quickly and efficiently.  We know what it's like to wait and wait for something you've ordered - and, worse, to realize that vendors have made promises they can't keep.

We ship UPS, Fedex, and USPS.  You purchase will leave Little Farm as quickly as we can package it.  

 

PLEASE NOTE: Like all other merchants, but being at the bottom of the supply foodchain, we're still being hurt by the Covid-related supply chain issues - our packaging materials are in short supply and often on back-order. If we can't get your purchase off to you in 48-72 hours of purchase, we'll be in touch.

Because we are new to online commerce, we can only ship domestically at this time.

What if I have to return a purchase?

In the event that you do need to return an item, we will accept it within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit for the purchase price to the the credit card with which it was bought.

If you need to return an item, please contact us directly at info@littlefarm.me and make arrangements. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs with returns, and all returned items must be unopened and in new condition. We must receive returned merchandise in its original condition before exchanges can be made. Please be sure to pack your return carefully as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

What about privacy?

We will not share your personal information with anyone.  We do not use information you enter on our website or provide to us elsewhere for any purpose other than:

- To fulfill your order,

- Communicate with you about order status,

- provide you with our Blog posts if you have subscribed, or

- Notify you when an out-of-stock item becomes available, if you have asked to be notified.
