HONEY ROSEMARY LEMONADE

Ingredients

2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 cups honey rosemary syrup (See below)

3-4 cups seltzer water

Lemon slices, for garnish

Rosemary sprigs, for garnish

 

Directions

1. In a large pitcher add lemon juice and cooled honey rosemary syrup***. Stir to combine. 

2. Pour 3-4 cups seltzer water into the pitcher and gently stir. 

3. Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh rosemary.

 

Honey Rosemary Syrup

1. Combine ½ cup boiling water and 4 large rosemary sprigs in a bowl.

2. Let steep for one hour.

3. Stir in honey and whisk until combined.

4. Let cool before using.
