HONEY BUTTER TARTS

Ingredients

20 (3 inch) unbaked tart shells

⅓ cup butter, softened

1 ¼ cups brown sugar

½ cup honey

1 egg

1 tablespoon lemon juice 

1 tablespoon cold water

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

1 cup raisins

 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 and place pastry shells on     baking sheet

2. Beat butter with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; beat in brown sugar and honey.

3. Beat egg, lemon juice, water, vanilla, and salt into butter mixture just until combined; stir in raisins.

4. Fill tart shells 1/2-full with butter mixture.

5. Bake in the preheated oven until filling is bubbly and pastry is golden, about 30 minutes.
